Gmail is catching an average of 30 Spam messages a day in my Gmail account. Good job!
I make use of my gmail account pretty regularlly, and noticed something regarding the trash. The site indicates that mail that has been in the trash for more than 30 days is automatically deleted. However I've not found this to be the case. I have routinely had mail in the trash that has been 2-4 months old. So today I cleaned out the trash and will monitor it to see how it's working.
